Spiced Figs Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Spiced Figs Preserve
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Dry Figs
  • In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, sugar and salt. Blend until the mixture forms a smooth batter.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Melt butter in the pan. Add 1/4 cup of batter and quickly tilt the pan to form an even coating of batter on the bottom of the pan.
  • Spread 2 Tsp Spiced Figs Preserve. Line 1Tsp
  • Dry Chopped Figs in the center of each crepe.
