Aachari Aloo Paratha

Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp Mango Pickle (if the vegetable pieces are too big, cut them fine)
  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 medium sized Chopped onion
  • 2 Tbspn ghee
  • 1 Spicy green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 Tspn cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tspn Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tspn Asafoetida -Hing
  • 1/2 Tspn Dry Mango powder
  • 1/2 Tspn Garam masala powder
  • 4-5 sprigs fresh coriander
  • Salt as per taste

Add the Wheat Flour, Ghee and salt make a dough and rest for while

heat 2 tbspn ghee add the Cumin seeds and Asafoetida, add the onions and chillies

add the mashed potatoes, chilly powder, amchur powder, Garam masala , and fresh coriander

Add mango pickle and mix well

Put the stuffing in dough balls and roll approx 6-7inch

Cook on medium flame with ghee
