Ingredients
- 1/2cupĀ peanut butter
- 1/4cup lime juice
- 1Tbs light soy sauce
- 1Tbs ginger fine mince
- 2Tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2cup water
- Salt to taste
In a medium-size bowl, whisk the peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and garlic.
Thin with the water so it will cover the salad well.
